Alaskan salmon selection is our specialty-smoked Sockeye Salmon fillets
in 6 oz. pouches. All of our pouch products are shelf stable and
need no refrigeration (until opened) and are ideal for dining at
home, or to take with you while traveling! The specialty flavors give a
mild variation to "regular style," while not being overwhelming to this
prime sockeye salmon. Each style is
alder wood smoked and delicately seasoned for the unique style
described below. NO PRESERVATIVES, but are ready-to-eat and shelf
stable.
