The finest wild Alaskan sockeye fresh from the 2009 fishing season.  Fillets vary in size but average 1 to 1.5 pounds each. The fillets are skin-one-side, frozen, and packed in a vacuum pouch to maintain their freshness to your door.  These Alaskan sockeye fillets are air shipped in an insulated container with 15 pounds (slight + or -).  There are no finer Alaskan sockeye salmon fillets available anywhere!
